If you're planning a Grand Junction or Western Colorado wedding, here's the straight answer most vendors dance around: a Firefly wedding starts at $2,500, and the Full Firefly Day — base plus Photo Booth and lighting — is a flat $3,500. Below is exactly what goes into both.
Our base covers your whole day — ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, up to six hours. It includes Nathan as your DJ and MC, a separate PA and microphone at the ceremony so your vows are heard, our signature all-white reception setup, wireless mics for toasts, full dance-floor sound, and online planning support. Ceremony audio is included, not an upsell.

The combination we see most — the full-day base, the Full Experience Photo Booth, dance-floor lighting, and full-room uplighting — has one flat price: $3,500. It's the only set price we offer. Everything outside it stays à la carte and itemized, so you only pay for what you actually want.
Travel within about 30 miles of Grand Junction — Fruita, Loma, Clifton, Palisade — is included. Beyond that, regional and destination travel is quoted up front. Aspen, Telluride, Crested Butte, and Moab destination weddings are our $2,500 base plus a $950 destination travel fee, with overnight lodging provided by the couple and a $200 winter surcharge November through March.
A 35% non-refundable retainer reserves your date; the balance is due before the event. Because we only take one wedding a day, that retainer takes your date off the calendar for everyone else.
