A Better Event for Guests—and an Easier One to Plan
A successful company event has to work for more than the dance floor. Employees need to feel included, speakers need to be heard, important moments need to stay on schedule, and the organizer needs a partner who can handle the details without constant oversight.
Firefly brings entertainment, announcements, guest interaction, lighting, and event audio together around one goal: creating a polished experience that fits your organization and feels effortless to attend.
Keep Guests Engaged
Thoughtful music, confident emceeing, and interactive experiences give guests more ways to participate—whether they want to dance, connect, celebrate, or take home a branded keepsake.
Keep the Program Moving
Clear announcements and timeline-aware coordination help awards, presentations, special moments, and transitions feel organized rather than improvised.
Keep Planning Simple
Coordinate DJ entertainment, emcee support, Photo Booth, lighting, and event audio with one responsive team and one contract.
Built for the Way Organizations Gather
From a holiday celebration to a mission-driven gala, every event has a different audience, purpose, and pace. Firefly tailors the experience to the room rather than forcing every event into the same formula.

DJ Entertainment
Music shaped around your audience, event goals, brand standards, and desired energy—from background music through dinner to a full dance-floor celebration. Corporate crowds are not wedding crowds, and the room gets read in real time.
Professional Emcee Support
Clear, confident announcements and smooth transitions for welcomes, awards, presentations, raffles, recognitions, and special moments—so your program lands the way you planned it.
Photo Booth Experiences
Interactive Photo Booth with a professional camera, studio lighting, and instant prints. Print layouts can be customized with your organization's branding—a keepsake guests take back to their desk.
Event Lighting
Uplighting in your event or brand colors, dance-floor lighting, and accent and ambiance options that transform an ordinary banquet room into something that looks intentional.
Event Audio
Professional sound for music, announcements, and presentations, with wireless microphones and a setup sized to the venue and the program.
Clean, Professional Setup
Signature all-white equipment, organized cables, and a footprint that fits your venue without dominating it. Early arrival, sound check, and breakdown after the last song—never on the clock.

The Strongest Compliment Is Being Invited Back
Organizations do not rehire an event partner because the setup looked good. They come back when communication is clear, the team is dependable, guests respond well, and the event is easier to manage than it was last year. These are relationships, not bookings.
A Closer Look at Four Partnerships
West Star Aviation
West Star's Grand Junction facility is one of the largest employers in Mesa County, and its company holiday celebration has to work for a workforce that spans technicians, engineers, pilots, and office teams — a genuinely multigenerational room with very different tastes.
Firefly handles music direction, announcements, and the flow of the evening so the celebration feels like a reward rather than a required attendance.
Alpine Bank
What began as a single holiday party in 2018 has grown into a working relationship across formats — the annual employee holiday celebration, a golf tournament, and Photo Booth activations at regional community events.
Each one calls for a different posture: a banquet emcee, a relaxed outdoor tournament host, a branded guest experience. Same partner, different room.
STRiVE
STRiVE supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the Grand Valley. Firefly has worked with STRiVE since 2019 on two recurring events — the annual Tulips & Juleps benefit, and a client and community picnic held each spring during the JUCO World Series.
Both ask for a specific kind of care: music and pacing that invite everyone in, announcements that are clear and unhurried, and an atmosphere where every guest can take part on their own terms. A benefit evening and a daytime picnic are two very different rooms.
Community Hospital, Grand Junction
Healthcare teams work in shifts, which makes a single appreciation event unusually hard to design — people arrive tired, arrive late, and arrive from very different departments.
Firefly has supported Community Hospital's employee appreciation events since 2021, adapting from an outdoor company picnic to a full indoor celebration as the event has grown.

Tell Us About the Event
Share the date, venue, guest count, schedule, audience, and the services you're considering. One short form starts the conversation.
Build the Right Scope
We recommend an entertainment scope based on the room, the program, and your priorities — not a one-size-fits-all package. You get one clear quote with travel folded in.
Coordinate the Details
Before event day we confirm timing, announcements, music direction, load-in and access, power, branding, and who the key contacts are — with you and with your venue.
Enjoy a Managed Event
Firefly arrives early, sets up clean, works with your venue and event team, and keeps the entertainment side moving so you can be present with your guests.
The Keepsake Your Guests Will Actually Keep
The Photo Booth is consistently the most-talked-about element of a corporate event. Kyann runs it start to finish — engaging guests, keeping the line moving, and making sure every print comes out right.
Professional camera. Studio lighting. Instant 2×6 and 4×6 prints. Custom print layout with your organization's branding. Backdrop options and props.
Add a Photo Booth to Your Event →Clear Pricing. No Surprises on the Invoice.
Every booking includes Nathan as your DJ and emcee, a professional sound system sized to the venue, wireless microphones, and dance-floor lighting. Add a Photo Booth, uplighting, or extra hours to build the scope your event actually needs.
The Company Package
DJ & emcee for four hours, the Full Experience Photo Booth, and dance-floor lighting — the combination most organizations end up building anyway, in one number.
Add uplighting, extra hours, or a second booth at standard rates. Travel is quoted separately by zone.
Book three years, hold the price
Organizations that book three consecutive years lock their rate for all three — no annual increase to defend to finance, and your date is held before it reaches anyone else. Several of our clients are already booked into 2028 this way.
| Event Type | 3 hours | 4 hours | 5 hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Corporate DJ & Emcee | $1,200 | $1,500 | $1,800 |
| Company Holiday Party | $1,700 | $2,000 | $2,300 |
| Private Party | $1,200 | $1,500 | $1,800 |
| School Dance | $1,000 | $1,200 | $1,400 |
Beyond five hours, additional time is $325 per hour when booked ahead, or $425 per hour if added on the day of the event. Holiday-season pricing applies to events between November 15 and December 31.
| Add-On | Price |
|---|---|
| Full Experience Photo Booth (4 hours) | $995 |
| Photo Booth — extra hour | $250/hr |
| Social / iPad Photo Booth | $500 |
| Uplighting — full room | $350 |
| Uplighting — small room | $200 |
| Dance-Floor Lighting | $250 |
| Accent & Ambiance Lighting | $300 |
| Totems | $200 |
Dance-floor lighting is always included in your base coverage. Uplighting is an upgrade — never confused with the basics.
Travel
Events in and around Grand Junction include travel at no extra charge. For venues farther out, the travel figure is folded into your proposal up front — one flat number, no per-mile line items, no surprises later.
